These general conditions of sale govern the sale of any product or service presented by Oligocare.com. The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by this contract, to the exclusion of any other condition. Any order returned to another address than this one will be refused.

"Satisfied or refunded" guarantee (only for generators)

If you were not satisfied with the delivered product, you have 15 days from receipt of the delivery to return the colloidal silver generator and all equipment supplied in perfect original condition without the electrodes money, you keep them. In case of return of goods, our company is required to refund a portion of the sums paid. Your right of withdrawal must be the subject of a formal written agreement from us containing a number of R.M.A. (Return of Authorized Material). In the absence of this agreement, we will refuse any product receipt that is incorrectly or uncoded. Return your order, attach to it the letter indicating that you wish to retract as well as the number of your Internet order or invoice of purchase. Return your parcel properly packaged and stamped to the address we will send you by e-mail. Our services will acknowledge receipt of the package and you can then simply tell us what to do. Any order returned to a different address than that communicated by our returns service will be refused without suspension of the current withdrawal period.

We will not be able to approve a refund claim if the generator warranty bands have been damaged or missing.
